Advanced Energy receives the Colorado Business of the Year Award and the Colorado Governor’s Award for Excellence in Exporting.

Advancement and Acquisitions
Advanced Energy begins decades of rapid advancement via acquisitions, expanding its portfolio and customer offerings.
2000
Patent Power
Advanced Energy refines DC power conversion in plasma sputtering processes, developing technology for better arc handling and securing patents. To date, we have more than 450 patents.

Process Precision
Advanced Energy unveils its newest process-power platform: The Paramount RF power-delivery system – a breakthrough in performance and technology.

New Heights
Advanced Energy launches the Ascent DC power supply product suite, enabling manufacturers to benefit from exceptional reliability in various thin-film applications.

Wasserman Leads the Way
As a 30-year semiconductor industry veteran and proven leader, Yuval Wasserman takes the reigns, becoming the Advanced Energy CEO.
2017
Service Simplified
To better optimize customer support services, Advanced Energy opens dedicated service and repair operations centers in Tachikawa, Japan and Xi’an, China.
2019
Pure Play
Artesyn Embedded Power joins Advanced Energy. The partnership delivers a pure play power conversion strategy for an evolving data economy.
2021
Steve Kelley Joins as CEO
